It’s great that the standards have been created but as of now the elisa test for whole gluten protein that omission uses has not been shown to work on gluten fragments. I believe that, although omission is not gf, at least omission is less than 20 ppm. Omission beer is made using barley, which is not a naturally gluten free grain. That said, the fda also mandates that anything noted as gluten free not have wheat, rye or barley.
