I love thai fried rice. Added to the rice noodles are shiitake mushrooms, orange pepper, bean sprouts, and chicken or tofu if you're vegetarian/vegan. Spicy level 0* to 3* ( no spicy, mild, medium, hot ) gf = gluten free.
